Muhammad Saeed – Chairman
Mr. Muhammad Saeed has more than 30 years of working experience with engineering and power sector companies. His expertise includes industrial sales, marketing, engineering management, business development, entrepreneurship and energy solutions. Prior to forming Orient Energy Systems (OES) along with his four partners, he worked for Greaves Cotton, SSGC and Allied Engineering & Services. He is also the CEO of Orient Energy Systems since 1997. Mr. Saeed has done Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Pakistan.
Teizoon Kisat – CEO
Mr. Teizoon Kisat is a Fellow Member of Institute Chartered Accountants of Pakistan since 1986. He is also Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Institute of Taxation & Management. Mr. Kisat possesses strong business and leadership record and has a deep understanding of business and financial sector of the Country.
Mr. Kisat was associated with auditing firms of Pakistan and Overseas for 12 years. Later, he joined the leasing industry of Pakistan in 1995 and held many senior management positions in multiple business areas including finance, operations, taxation, company secretarial services, marketing, business development, treasury, human resource, credit and risk management, budgeting, monitoring and financial reporting. During his association of 15 years with the largest leasing company of Pakistan, he spearheaded many initiatives including mergers / acquisitions that demonstrated his leadership, problem solving skills and ability to manage and build a strong team.
Mr. Kisat played a key role in bringing an overseas investment in a Microfinance bank in Pakistan and was appointed CEO of the Microfinance bank in May 1997. He headed microfinance bank for a period of three years.
He is a certified Director and has also held positions of non-executive Director in local and overseas companies and independent Director in a bank and a listed company.
Mr Kisat joined Orient Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. as Group CEO on June 1, 2020 and assumed responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Orient Rental Modaraba on January 1, 2021.
Giasuddin Khan – Director
Mr. Giasuddin Khan has more than 25 years of working experience with banks and Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs) in various management cadres such as Head of Credit & Business Development, Head of Operating Lease and Head of e-Business. His area of specialization includes business development of market niches and financial products, corporate and financial advisory, designing and implementation of venture strategies, and credit analysis. He has been associated with ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited, HBL and Pay Point (Private) Limited. Mr. Giasuddin has established one of the largest equipment rental operations in Pakistan. He is also instrumental in advising and creating vehicle rental and logistic companies in Pakistan. He also established third party Point of Sale (POS) network across the country and introduced shared network concept. Mr. Giasuddin is an MBA from University of Hartford, Connecticut, USA and Bachelor of Engineering from NED University of Engineering & Technology.
Nasim Ahmed – Director
Mr. Nasim Ahmed’s work experience is spread over a period of more than 25 years in the field of power generation, energy solutions, engineering, project management, contract management, legal, management of cargo, containers, tankers, bulk carriers, passenger ships and anchor handling vessels. In 1996, he established his own business under the name of Orient Energy Systems (OES) along with four partners with the long-term objective and vision to be a market leader among the power sector companies. Prior to the inception of OES, he was associated with renowned cargo companies like Gokal, National Iranian Tanker Company Wallem and Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC). Mr. Nasim is a Marine Engineer having Certificate of Competency MOT Class II from Director General Ports & Shipping, Pakistan.
Joozer Jiwa Khan – Director
Mr. Joozer Jiwa has more than 28 years of post-qualification experience of working with Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs), Real Estate and BPOs in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia in various management cadres, including Chief Operating Officer, Regional Manager, Company Secretary, Head of Finance and Head of Operations. His areas of specialization include project development, crisis management, finance, accounts, credit, project management, corporate, legal, treasury, administration and HR. He has been associated with Hanco Group SA, Standard Chartered Leasing, TRG Group, Artal Group and Dolmen Group. Mr. Joozer is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP).
Ms. Saba Ahmed Agrawalla – Director
Ms. Saba Ahmed Agrawalla has an extensive experience of 18 years with the Leasing Industry in Pakistan and has been involved in areas such as corporate lease structuring, risk analysis, client relationship management, SME finance, micro finance and poverty alleviation. She has served as Head of Risk at ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited (OLP) for eight years and was instrumental in initiating many projects aimed at strengthening the internal controls at OLP. Ms. Agrawalla is a Certified Director and has completed all requirements of the IBA “Directors Training Program” duly approved by SECP. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Banking and Financial Studies from Edinburgh, UK and was awarded the Chevening Scholarship in September 1993. She has also completed her MBA and BBA (Honours) from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. Ms. Agrawalla has attended various leadership and management training courses in Pakistan and abroad to enhance her professional abilities.
