The 5th Orient Premiere League was held on Feb 17, 2018 at the TMC cricket ground Karachi. A total of 10 teams participated in the event out of which 8 teams were selected from Orient Energy Systems (OES) while the remaining teams, Rental Division and Operations & Maintenance Division, were registered by Orient Rental Modaraba (ORM). The management of OES and ORM took active participation and appreciated all the players involved in the event. The Operations & Maintenance division of ORM came victorious in this two-day event that saw some nail-biting encounters.
